Terms of Use
The terms that apply when authorised users access Invoice Relay.
Authorised use
Use Invoice Relay only for your organisation’s authorised invoice delivery activities and only with accounts issued to you.
Account security
Keep credentials confidential, use strong passwords and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Administrators are responsible for appropriate role assignment.
Service operation
Invoice Relay provides configurable review, delivery and reporting tools. Users must review exceptions and ensure customer information is accurate before approval or dispatch.
Changes
TWS may update these terms to reflect product, security or legal changes. Material updates can require a renewed acknowledgement.
